St. Andrew's Mother and Toddler group has been running for several years. We meet once a week on a Tuesday from 1:30 pm - 3 pm. The session takes place in the Church Hall and costs only 75 pence!
Toddlers must be supervised by the person accompanying them. The session offers the opportunity for Mothers/Fathers and carers to meet and have a chat. Children are able to develop social skills, i.e. mixing with other children, sitting at a table for a drink and a biscuit. We have a variety of toys for the children to explore and enjoy; anything from slides, tricycles and tunnels to jigsaws and books. Ideally the children should be 'mobile' when they join us - say about 12 months, and may be ready for Playgroup by say 3 years old when they move on. The end of the session ends with a sing song and bashing on instruments!
